NEW EQUIPMENT TO KEEP US HEALTHY

For your protection we have new high volume suction equipment to reduce aerosols and droplets. Each treatment room is equipped with 2 oversize hepa air purifiers which will run continuously, plus the central HVAC has 2 hepa filters covering the entire facility.

 We were all in the office this past week, reviewing our new infection control protocols and setting up the enhanced disinfection supplies and equipment.

NEW PROCEDURES TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY

Since we are all in this together, we ask for your understanding and cooperation. We may move slowly than in the past to allow for proper disinfection of the treatment room and facility between each patient. Please allow sufficient time for your appointments. If you are not feeling well, reschedule your visit.

 Please be aware you will wait in your cars and not in the reception area until we are ready to see you. When you arrive, call us from your car and we will call you back when we are ready. Upon entering the building patient must be wearing face mask and gloves. 

COVID-19 SCREENING FOR YOUR PROTECTION

We will call you back and ask you a series of screening questions the night before your appointment and again when you enter the office. Your temperature will be taken with a no-touch infrared thermometer.

 Two days after your appointment we will call you to make certain you have not developed COVID-19 symptoms. This will allow us to do any Contact Tracing, if necessary.
